The Ing. Sucre Ramirez MSc., MBA., Was born in the Dominican Republic,
spent his youth in Santo Domingo and he soon became interested in the sciences.
He graduated as an Electrical Engineer in 1994 at
CEDP, in PUCMM of the first master's degree in telecommunications in the
Dominican Republic in 1999 and in 2010 obtain an MBA from Université du Québec
a Montréal of Canada, UQUAM. Presently living in Santo Domingo. He published the book Introduction to Data
Networks, about data telecommunications.
In 2000 he concluded the CCNA
certification becoming the third person in Dominican Republic with that
certification, in 2001 was certified as one of the first CCNP in the country, later in 2002 achieved complete four industry
certifications to his credit as CCSP with two Dominicans with the first three
security experts in Latin America and the Caribbean in 2003, is the first CISCO IP voice technician in Dominican Republic.
Work in UNAPEC since 1998 as
a professor and in the Instituto Dominicano de Aviación Civil, IDAC since 2011 as responsible for defining
the vision of the technological infrastructure, design and acquisition of
platforms and working collaboratively with business units at headquarters and
in throughout the country, in its effective implementation. It is also
responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the infrastructure, whether
internal staff or through agreements or outsourcing suppliers and contractors.
It must also ensure connectivity and security necessary to ensure a competitive
level of performance in meeting their business objectives. Keeping disaster
recovery plan and finally safeguard the agreed levels of renewal and
efficiently utilize the implementation of best practices.
