Dr. Jesús Romo Uriarte placed great emphasis on the use of the information found on the Internet, even images and photographs must respect the copyright and if so required request permission to use or pay duties . Anything permanently in the street can grasp and exploit commercially or for other purposes, provided that it is not defamatory .

Moral rights. Ever prescribed, even if they become public domain , authorship can never be changed , due unpublished right to claim authorship of the work, Right to respect for the integrity of the work, Right to modification of the work reported, Right to withdraw the work from , Right of access to unique, indispensable and economic exploitation.

Copyright, licensing and other, and have a duration that what the country says will be the life of the author plus seventy years.
